Who We Are:
Terry D. Taylor, President
Terry received a MA in Educational Psychology from Stanford University and has worked with several organizations before forming his own consulting business in 1980. He specializes in strategic planning, training, and consulting in the arenas of negotiations, conflict resolution, high performance teamwork, and strategic change facilitation. Terry has designed and been involved in projects addressing organizational and cultural change and team-based manufacturing and management systems. He is a certified instructor for the Asian version of "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People". He has worked extensively with multi- cultural organizations and in 60 countries around the globe. He also presented at the Society for International Training and Research at the University of Indiana. He has served several years on the expert panel for the Entrepreneurs Workshop in British Columbia, and San Francisco, sponsored by Social Ventures Network. He is a founding member of the Sustainable Enterprise Conference, a highly successful, annually convening of community leaders focused on the enhancement of sustainability and business. Terry has served on the Board of Directors for the Green MBA program and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Leadership Institute for Ecology and the Economy. He has taught strategic management at the university level, and has supported strategic change in both for-profit and non-profit clients. Terry has been involved with the American Society for Training and Development, the American Educational Research Association, the American Psychological Association, the Institute for Cultural Affairs and the Society for International Training and Research.
Genevieve Taylor, Vice-President & Consulting Partner
Genevieve delivers leadership, communications, time management, conflict resolution, and negotiations talks. She takes great delight in facilitation as well, using experiential techniques and methodologies such as Appreciative Inquiry and Systems Thinking to work with her clients in strategic planning, mission development, and teambuilding. For individuals, she offers 360 Leadership Assessments to help clients finely hone their plans for personal development. As a volunteer and social entrepreneur, she co-founded the annual Sustainable Enterprise Conference, as well as the San Francisco Urban Alliance for Sustainability. She is proud to be a fellow of Leadership Santa Rosa, as well as the Leadership Institute of Ecology & The Economy.
Cathy S. Taylor, SPHR, CFO & Consulting Partner
Cathy has over 25 years experience in Human Resource Management and Organizational Effectiveness. She has worked for small start-ups to multi-national, publicly held companies, in the high tech, non-profit, education, retail and services sectors. She holds a BA in Business Administration and a professional certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. She specializes in performance management, employee coaching and development, compensation strategies, succession planning, HR merger and acquisition due diligence and implementation, personal productivity, HR strategic planning and HR process improvement. Cathy is trained in Lean Six Sigma and as a trainer for David Allen's "Getting Things Done". She received a commendation for her work in employing people with disabilities. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management and a former board member of the Northern California Human Resources Association. She is the past president of the Sebastopol Toastmasters Club.
